My creative movement workshops bring together mindfulness techniques, physical theatre games and a smattering of other practices to focus on exactly what you need. Custom sessions available for groups of all sizes for improving confidence, communication and compassion.
what about the yoga?
I’m not concerned about whether you can do a handstand, the splits and/or a pushup: my yoga classes are for all abilities.
I focus on practical applications of ancient yoga philosophy (some of the OG self-help teachings out there!) plus some movement and/or stillness, depending on the style of class, to practice mindfulness and build a bit of physical strength and flexibility along the way. Using accessible sequences and trauma-informed training, I help people set up a solid foundation that anyone can use.
