Sessions will take place in a Waltham Forest studio at a mutually agreed time, or at another location of your choice for additional space hire fees and/or travel costs. If you have purchased a pack and prefer to have sessions online via Zoom, this can be arranged following an initial in-person session and assessment.

Pricing is based on 60-minute classes, but if you’d like a quote for sessions of a different length, feel free to email me at sophia@kinaesthetic.studio and we can discuss options!
